Use this form to sign up an independent live entertainment or performance venue, promoter or festival as a member of NIVA. If you have multiple venues or festivals under one organization you will be able to add them using this form. If you represent separate organizations, please fill out this application for each organization.

If your business is not a venue, promoter or festival and you wish to become an affiliate member to become part of the community please email partnerships@nivassoc.org.
