Complete the below application form. If you represent separate organizations, please submit one application per organization. If you have multi-venue or multi-entity groups under one parent organization, you can include those details in the application below. If you have questions, please contact members@nivassoc.org

Eligibility:

All three must apply for your organization to qualify for NIVA membership.

present any form of live performance, including music, theater, comedy, dance, spoken word, multi-disciplinary performance, or similar;
are not owned or operated or booked by a multinational conglomerate promoter or publicly-traded company that produces shows as their primary business; and
book, operate, or present at least one indoor or outdoor show per year with a defined performance space or stage.
